The A.L. Harper Foundation awards scholarships based on a comprehensive review process. Applicants must be enrolled in a Historically Black College or University in the USA. Awards are given without regard to race, sex, religion, age, national origin, or sexual orientation.
If awarded, you will receive official notification from the Foundation. Award amounts will be provided directly to the College/University after all validation and vetting has been confirmed and completed. Vetting and validation information includes proof of enrollment, GPA, and financial need.

Mininum 2.5 GPA
Financial Need
Enrolled in an HBCU
As a part of the application process, you must provide 2 to 3 references that will be able to speak to your efforts in the classroom, leadership skills, personal character and potential. Please be advised that the individuals will be directly contacted by The A.L. Harper Foundation.
